Want to know how to create an appetizer or host an appetizer party for friends or co-workers?
Let Chef Steve teach you. From the easiest to the most difficult, these appetizers are sure to impress. This class can be used as a cook off with friends or as a team building class – the best app wins!
Choose up to 6 appetizers per class, either for you to make, or for six people to make – one appetizer per person. Chef Steve will assist each person.
This is a fun and creative class and bragging rights are up for grabs!
Below is a pre-created menu – or Chef Steve will create a menu with you. It’s always your choice!
Brie LT
Crostini topped with melted brie, arugula, bacon-tomato jam
Loaded mini potato
Mini potatoes stuffed with cheese & topped with sour cream, chives and bacon
Artichoke dip with parmesan chess (hot) chips and crostini’s
Cucumber melon chilled soup
Pesto tomato bruschetta on a toasted crostini
Sushi puff bites
Puff dough ball stuffed with tuna or salmon with ginger and wasabi aioli
As always – guests are welcome to bring a beverage of choice.
