Summer Time B-B-Q
- Kabob’s: choice of 2 – beef, chicken, shrimp, Asian chicken, veggie,
- Rice pilaf
- Fruit salad
- Quinoa salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, green onion, cumin and cilantro in Original
Italian dressing - Cornbread
- Brownies and Cookies
Winter Warm-up Carved Buffet
- Hot cocoa or Apple cider
- Bacon wrapped dates
- Goat chess on a crostini top with cranberry relish
- Butter leaf lettuce with squash, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and Poppy Seed
dressing - Loaded baked potato soup or minestrone soup
- Prime rib
- Garlic bread
- Pineapple/ Passion fruit tort: Pineapple upside-down cake topped with passion fruit mousse served with raspberry sauce
Plated Dinner
- Spinach salad with raspberries and blueberries in citrus vinaigrette
- Teriyaki/sake marinated filet mignon (melts in your mouth )
- Brown rice
- Sautéed kale
- Broccoli
- Cinnamon ice cream topped with caramel, pecans and fried wonton curls
