Alice in Wonderland Themed Party

  • 3 different tea sandwiches
  • Veggie quinoa salad
  • Flower and Garden crutie (flower shaped vegetables in wheatgrass) with hummus and ranch dressing
  • Tea pot watermelon stuffed with fruit
  • Rice Krispy treat solders
  • Lemon raspberry curd tarts
  • Cheese cake
  • Eat me / drink me teacup shaped cookies
  • Candy jars
  • Scones

  • Hot and cold tea
  • Basil mandarin orange lemonade

Summer Time B-B-Q

  • Kabob’s: choice of 2 – beef, chicken, shrimp, Asian chicken, veggie,
  • Rice pilaf
  • Fruit salad
  • Quinoa salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, green onion, cumin and cilantro in Original
    Italian dressing
  • Cornbread
  • Brownies and Cookies

Winter Warm-up Carved Buffet

  • Hot cocoa or Apple cider
  • Bacon wrapped dates
  • Goat chess on a crostini top with cranberry relish
  • Butter leaf lettuce with squash, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and Poppy Seed
    dressing
  • Loaded baked potato soup or minestrone soup
  • Prime rib
  • Garlic bread
  • Pineapple/ Passion fruit tort: Pineapple upside-down cake topped with passion fruit mousse served with raspberry sauce

Plated Dinner

  • Spinach salad with raspberries and blueberries in citrus vinaigrette
  • Teriyaki/sake marinated filet mignon (melts in your mouth )
  • Brown rice
  • Sautéed kale
  • Broccoli
  • Cinnamon ice cream topped with caramel, pecans and fried wonton curls
